Created in 2017, the Dedagroup Digital Academy has consolidated its format through various editions, acting as a bridge between study path and professional life. The labor market is facing a shortage of specialized profiles, which the program aims to fill by helping graduates and recent graduates move from university to the workplace.
It is a diverse program that constantly supports young women and men from different academic backgrounds with their professional growth by developing cross-functional competencies. The Dedagroup Digital Academy is organized in two parts. First, the initial classroom training, which includes a section dedicated to soft skills and a vertical one on the reference market. The second part and real strength of the program is the on-the-job training at the Group's various companies, where participants are supported by a tutor who constantly monitors and helps them grow.
At the same time, the participants join a constantly growing community of young people that fosters dialog and exchange of ideas, suggestions, and valuable information for their professional and personal growth.
