The Dedagroup Digital Academy is a training program created to support the development of the skills required by the new digital professions. It is a training pathway aimed at young talent that alternates phygital activities with practical workshops, and ends with a concrete opportunity for company placement.

The program is aimed at young graduates and new graduates (both in the technical-science and humanities fields), with a maximum age of 28 and a good level of knowledge of English.
The Dedagroup Digital Academy provides a full-time and on-the-job training pathway that prepares the participants to meet the market’s most advanced needs with professionalism and vision, thanks to sessions hosted by external teachers and sharing of in-house experiences.
The Academy lasts 6 months. It is organized into classroom activities - that can take place both in full digital and physical mode - lasting 3 weeks at our headquarters in Trento and practical workshops within various Dedagroup companies/business units located throughout Italy. This last activity, delivered as on-the-job training, allows participants to acquire hands-on work experience by interacting with colleagues in their day-to-day activities.
The classroom training is structured into 4 modules, organized into theory lessons and practical workshops, which allow participants to tackle topics linked to the Digital Economy, Business Value (economics and performance), Project Management (project management, value-based selling, agile methodologies) and People Value (in-house communication, team work and problem solving, time management). In addition, the training will cover topics such as ICT Literacy (to increase knowledge about digital tools in information search), Data Management (to study the importance of correct data management in the digital economy) and Artificial Intelligence, which is proving to be increasingly important in the new business models.
An important role in the training pathway is carried out by Deda People, who are involved both during the theory sessions and as trainers, promoting the transfer of expertise and the dissemination of values, culture and experiences. In fact, each participant is supervised by a dedicated tutor, throughout the duration of the course.
An attendance certificate will be issued at the end of the Dedagroup Digital Academy.
Certain courses will be held in Italian only.
