Dedapay has achieved the American Express Certification in Mexico to expand its range of prepaid card service offering in the country, while also supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) facing the coronavirus contingency with its unique secure web-based card issuance, management, and instant fund disbursement platform.
Dedapay certifies its new Chip-and-PIN contactless enabled prepaid cards in Mexico for use across the American Express network, in addition to offering companies, until August 1, 2020, balance top-up service without fees and with the option of having social security/professional pension services credited directly to Dedapay prepaid cards for SME employees, thereby ensuring their business continuity while also guaranteeing simple, sound management.
“We have created these new prepaid cards so that any company in Mexico can offer its employees a modern, secure payment method widely accepted at all American Express affiliated online or offline stores and portable card readers, in addition to offering companies convenient prepayment through their American Express® Corporate Purchasing Card, which provides the financial liquidity required to increase business transactions,” stated José Tudela de la Rosa, Dedapay’s General Manager.
