VisiFI’s Customer Conference 2022


A 2-days event to build community with partners and clients and to set the company’s vision and future directions

VisiFI, the Dedagroup’s company aimed at helping Credit Unions to embrace digital to grow, recently held their first “Customer Conference” since before the pandemic. With the complications from Covid-19, this gathering of customers, VisiFI staff, and strategic partners has been indeed canceled.  

The conference was held in Scottsdale, Arizona, with about 90 people in attendance, including Dedagroup representatives from Italy and Mexico. The event aims to build loyalty and community with VisiFi’s customers while educating them on the company’s vision and future direction. 

During the conference, VisiFI’s new solutions and projects have been discussed, such as “Digital Triple Play”, the new Banking Platform that has recently been awarded at InOHvate 2022


Robin Kolvek, CEO of VisiFI, illustrated the company’s growth and development through the last years and presented its new “Digital First” strategy, which is well communicated through VisiFI’s brand new website. Marcello De Angelis, General Manager for Dedagroup’s International Business, stressed the cooperative relationship and advantages of having a global team, underlying the strengths and value of the collective companies within the Group on both sides of the Atlantic. 

Indeed, the Banking & Financial software segment is one of the most relevant areas in which Dedagroup is pursuing their international development, from the USA to Mexico, and the cooperative and synergic relationship between the Group’s companies brings value to VisiFI’s offering and clients.
