It means believing in young people: Deda Group Digital Academy, our onboarding program for recent college and high-school graduates, is now in its 18th edition, offering a tangible training process in which nine out of ten participants convert their internships into employment.
It means developing talent: we have designed a full-fledged 18-month internal master’s program for high-potential employees, the first edition of which involved 40 attendees.
