The Dedagroup Digital Academy – Banking & Finance Edition is a training program created to support the development of the skills required by the new digital professions in the banking and finance sector. Vertically organized on the banking world, it is offered as a training pathway that alternates phygital activities with practical workshops and ends with a real and concrete opportunity for company placement. 

The program is aimed at young graduates and new graduates (both in the technical-science and humanities fields), with a maximum age of 28 and a good level of knowledge of English and who wish to undertake a challenging professional pathway, in a dynamic company working for the banking and finance sector. 

After an initial training period, candidates who pass the selections will begin their on-the-job training at Dedagroup Business Solutions and Rad Informatica, two of the Group companies that make up Deda's Finance & Data Hub.

The course involves a full-time commitment lasting 6 months, during which participants will understand how to address - with competence and vision - the most advanced needs of the banking and finance market thanks to the collaboration of internal and external faculty.  

The first part will be dedicated to classroom training on Cross Corporate topics - such as Economics & Performance, Project Management, and Soft Skills (public speaking, team working, problem-solving, and time management) - enriched by moments of discussion, debates, workshops, and project work. 

In the second, the participants will focus on functional analysis within the lifecycle of our software, with a special focus on the Banking & Finance world, and then devote themselves to the main activities of the Business Analyst figure: requirements gathering, analysis writing, analysis return and to conclude the testing phase. Special attention will also be paid to using technical tools such as Databases & SQL. 

An important role in the training pathway is carried out by Deda People, who will be involved both during the theory sessions and as trainers, promoting the transfer of expertise and the dissemination of values, culture and experiences. In fact, each participant will be supervised by a dedicated tutor, throughout the duration of the course. 

An attendance certificate will be issued at the end of the Dedagroup Digital Academy – Banking & Finance Edition.
