The Dedagroup Digital Academy - Health Tech Edition is a free training path created to help people develop new digital skills to support Digital Transformation in healthcare. The program alternates phygital activities and practical labs and ends with a real job opportunity in Deda Next, the Deda company that supports PA and public service companies’ digital transformation. 

The Dedagroup Digital Academy - Health Tech Edition is open to high school graduates, undergraduates, and recent graduates in technical-scientific or IT pathways with good English proficiency who want to pursue a challenging career. In this path, participants will learn how to sustain our clients’ digital transformation by developing infrastructures and platforms for delivering digital health services and supporting effective territorial healthcare.

The Dedagroup Digital Academy - Health Tech Edition is a full-time, on-the-job training course lasting 6 months. Thanks to its learning-by-doing approach, it helps participants enter the world of work. The training will take place both in-person and remotely through live lessons and is divided into two parts: the first is dedicated to transversal topics, while the second is focused on the healthcare industry.

A project created to bridge the gap between study and work, helping students to make this transition increasingly rapid, engaging, and allowing them to bring value to the evolution of this market, which is strategic to the growth of our country, by concretely supporting the citizen. Throughout the course, each participant will have a dedicated mentor.

The program's first part will focus on soft skills, business economics, and project management. The second part will enable participants to learn about one of healthcare’s leading business management software. 

At the end of the two-month classroom part, participants will begin a four-month on-the-job training working alongside Deda's professionals. 

During this time, participants will be guided by the most experienced Deda People, who will transfer them Deda's skills and know-how.

Attendees will receive a participation certificate.
