Through our subsidiary Dedagroup Business Solutions, we have acquired 70 percent of Microdata Group, a company committed to streamlining and innovating the Business Process Outsourcing industry with services and solutions that harness the power of artificial intelligence.

With the entry of Microdata Group into the Group, we strengthen the integrated offering of our Finance & Data Hub. Together, we will enhance our solutions in the area of Intelligence Document Processing and grow in the business process outsourcing field, which is undergoing rapid evolution.
