Dedagroup: 400 new recruits in 2024

 

Experienced professionals and recent university and high school graduates to ensure growth in all the strategic areas served by the Group and respond to Italy's challenges: NRRP, health, energy, cybersecurity and transition to more sustainable models.

 

Trento, April 29th, 2024 Dedagroup — the aggregating hub of leading Italian firms in the Software and Solutions as a Service market, and a natural reference of businesses, financial and public service institutions in the development of their IT and digital strategies — announces that 400 new professionals will join the Group in 2024
The hiring plan calls for the recruitment of experienced personnel, but also recent university and high school graduates in scientific and humanistic disciplines, who will work in the markets served by the Group: from artificial intelligence and data to banking and finance, from industrial to digital business, from fashion and luxury to public services, energy, healthcare, the cloud and cybersecurity. 

The new hires will strengthen the Dedagroup team, which can already count on the expertise and experience of over 3,000 people. They will have the opportunity to work at the Group's 39 locations in Italy and 9 locations abroad (in the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Tunisia). The roles searched for include in particular: Software and AI Developers, Business Analysts and Consultants, Sales, System Engineers, Project Managers, and Cybersecurity Specialists.

The new hires will also support the growth of Dedagroup’s Finance & Data Hub, center of excellence combining the competencies and software of the Group companies that operate in the banking & finance, and data and AI fields to provide banks, insurance companies, financial operators and large corporates with increasingly integrated and comprehensive solutions. They will also support the implementation of the NRRP and rise to the challenges facing Italy: from health to energy, from cybersecurity to the transition to more sustainable business models and more sustainable management of local areas.
