On October 15, Piteco announced that it entered into a quota purchase agreement to acquire a 70% stake in the corporate capital of RAD Informatica S.r.l.
RAD originates from a spin-off of RAD Holding, a leading company in the market of software production for the management of the credit recovery process. Specifically, it produces, supplies, and commercializes software for the organization of the entire management process of non-performing loans and bank and financial credit recovery.
This acquisition is part of Piteco’s development project by external lines, which envisages aggregation transactions with primary software manufacturers.
